My Quick Menu has been working and I have been successfully scanning using this menu. All of a sudden, the software will no longer load. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it. Nothing works. What do I do? Doug

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model Canon scanner you're using and what Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x).
