My Quick Menu has worked, but, all of a sudden, will no longer load. I can't use scanner.

My Quick Menu has been working and I have been successfully scanning using this menu.  All of a sudden, the software will no longer load.  I have uninstalled it and re-installed it.  Nothing works.  What do I do?  Doug

Hi Bibsinger!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model Canon scanner you're using and what Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x).  Any error messages or other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue!
