MAC OS Catalina and Big Sur

Hello ;

I just got an EOS 5D mark 4  and neither of  the included cd's will download. Message says to  get developer to update.
The Canon USA website has a broken link and will not recognize any camera model typed in.

Called support and they said it would be fixed in an hour. That was 2 days ago and it's still not working.

They are closed until Monday now.

Had camera since Xmas day. Would  be  nice to use it sometime.

Any ideas other than waiting until Monday and hearing the link is broken again ?

Thanks

What do you need off of the CD?

I have been using my 5D IV with a Mac for years (now on Big Sur).  I use Adobe Lightroom to import and manage photos.

For firmware updates, I have an external Compact Flash reader (part of a LaCie RAID unit), so I've been able to easily download the updates to that card.

Camera: EOS 5D IV, EF 50mm f/1.2L, EF 135mm f/2L

5D4 - Windows or MAC - I don't see anything broken on Canon's site:

Big Sur downloads (5D4): Slim pickiens at the moment

FW updater 1.3.0 - Just put the .fir file on a memory card as Ricky suggests

I don't think The EOS Utility is certified for Big Sur yet, but you can try the Catalina installer if you wish:
