I cannot update the firmware 1.9 on my R3. Does anybody have the solution?

Using mac sequoia 15.6.1.

What steps are you going through?

1. downloaded the file and extracted the .FIR file?

2. copied the .FIR file to the root file of a card?

3. pressed the OK "button" on the LCD?

Try removing the second card.
