I can't logging in my Image Gateway Account

I  can't  logging  in  my  Image Gateway  Account

I  have  around  2,000  pictures ,to  much  memories 

when  i  try  to  log in  about  week  ago  with  the  same  email  and  password  ,i  can't

so  i  reset  the  password  about  4  times , i  decide  to  call  the  lady  help me  and  i  can  sign  in  canon  

account  and  i  saw  my  camera  and  lense  registered . I  felt  happy 

 

but  when  we  try  to  login  to  see  the  pictures  was  impossible

 

they  suppose  to  call me  back  .never  call  me

 

i  called  again  and  the  same  situation, but  the  lady  told  me  that  the  problems  is  in  the  page  of  Image  Gateway.  

 

I  need  to  know  where  are  my  pictures i  enter  to  that  pages  frecuently .PLEASE

Never rely on any form of "cloud" storage for your only copy of anything. And never have only one copy of anything you care about (or may ever care about).

We would like to try and reset the account for you to resolve the issue of you not being able to log in.  However, I am not able to broadcast your information over the Forum which we'd need to reset the account.  We therefore suggest that you contact our Chesapeake, VA call center either by email or phone to reset the account on your behalf.
