EOS utility is not letting me connect to image.canon.

Hello I just got the canon eos 2000d and I have been having trouble with the eos utility software connecting to image.canon every time I follow the steps , but when I enter my email and password it tells me login failed. Did someone else have this issue if so how did you fix it.

Hello Tarek1,

Let's make sure that the firmware of the camera is up-to-date. You would want to have version 1.2.0. This allows you to be able to use this camera model with image.canon. In order to access all menu items, make sure that you set the camera to one of the Creative modes such as, P, Av, Tv, or M. I would suggest setting the camera to the P mode for checking/updating the firmware. You will find the firmware listed in the yellow wrench menu #3. If the firmware needs to be updated, you can do so HERE.

I updated it's firmware to 1.2.1 but it still shows the same message . Do you have any other suggestions

Hi, I'm also having this problem now, when it comes to entering my username and password it gives an error. Did you manage to get around this problem? Are there any options?
