DPP Download for Windows Canon EOS 70D

I'm struggling to find the desktop download for DPP, there is a link to the mobile app within the EOS 70D page.  Could someone please point me in the direction of the windows desktop version.  Thank you!

Go to the Canon Software/Downloads page for the 70D (CLICK HERE). Select your computer type and operating system (OS), select "Software & Utilities" as the download type, select "Newest to Oldest" as the sort method. You should see DPP as shown below. I just visited the Canon USA Support Site for the 70D to get this screen shot.
