EOS Utility stopped recognizing my EOS M50

Hi

A few months ago EOS Utility SW stop recognize my EOS M50 when I connect it to computer. I update all Canon SW on my computer, reset camera to original settings but nothing happend. I'm bored to copy picture 'by hand', but no automatisem is working.

Using Windows 11

sorry that I was unclear.

OS is Windows  11

version of Dpp4 is 4 latest edition. Hope this clarifying my question
