EOS Utility for Rebel T7

On the EOS utility page to download the appropriate software for my camera, the Rebel T7 isn't listed as an option. Do I need to use a version for a different camera?

Try connecting the camera to the computer, either by a cable or Wi-Fi. Then open the EOS Utility. If the software doesn't see the camera, it won't do anything.

If it is installed correctly and functioning this splash screen should appear when EOSU3 is started up. Camera doesn't need to be connected for this.

Do you see this splash screen?

I have a Canon Rebel Eos T7. When I use this website www.usa.canon.com/support/eos-utilities it brings up models of cameras. Mine isn't on there. So how do I download the utility software?

I downloaded the utility software but its not recognizing the camera. On the third wrench which one of the Wi fi/NFC or Wi-Fi function ha to be clicked on?

I don’t connect via Wi-Fi, so can’t help.

The camera was attached using a cable but it still didn't work. I finally got it working though.

So what did you do to get it working?
