my mom pass aways Feb 2026 i just found this and no software i look online see boxs with software

how i get this work 2026 on my windows 11 

anyone help me out thanks

You should be able to transfer pictures to your computer either by hooking the camera to the computer by a cord or by removing the SD card and taking the pictures from it directly.

Or if not, Walmart will have one. And it is the best way to do it. A little further advice, perhaps not needed, but always make sure you use full size SD and never the micro-SD with the plastic adapter. Check your manual for the correct SD and size and always use it.

What do you mean by "get it to work"? You don't need any software to use the camera, or to get photos off of it to your computer. Use a USB cable or an external SD Card Reader, and just use Windows' File Explorer to read the card.

The Canon software is just an application that makes the process more complicated than it needs to be. Don't bother.

Thank you for everybody help I didn't watch about this camera and I wasn't educated enough on it to know that I didn't need the software thank you for everybody's help
