I have a canon r10 camera. My camera does not want to connect either via Wi-Fi or via USB cable to the utility 3 application on the Sequoia macbook. The user interface is working, as the camera is easily connected to the canon webcam program. I have already reinstalled the application 10 times, nothing works. EOS R10

Hello Manechka,
With a Wi-Fi connection established, the camera cannot communicate with the computer even if they are connected with an interface cable. Terminate the Wi-Fi connection if applicable first. By connecting the camera to a smartphone or computer with the interface cable, you can transfer images or import images to the smartphone or computer. In the yellow wrench menu #4, select [Choose USB connection app] and set that to {Photo Import/Remote Control]. Make sure that the webcam software is also closed/disconnected from the camera prior to trying to access it in the EOS Utility software.
