I haven't used Image Browser EX in a while but when I tried recently the error it produced say something about making sure MS Silverlight was installed properly????

Silverlight is a Microsoft product that they are phasing out. Go to the Canon support site for your camera and see if they have an updated IBEX version.

I sent Canon an email asking for help. Their reply said they no longer have an image browser.
