Our iMac 2021 recently went through an update to Sonoma. When it updated last time, our EOS 5D Mark III would not connect to our Ortery 2d Photobench 100, when we spoke to Ortery we simply had to download a driver from this link https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/eos-5d-mark-iii However, the only option this time is for a webcam, which is useless to our business. Apple and Ortery have all pointed to Canon needing the driver to get things working. This is a work issue and we need a solution as soon as possible to do our job. We also learned that this is not a just us problem and that others are having the same problem. We're hoping Canon has a solution at any point in time as soon as possible.

It works on mine. macOS 14.4.

Okay, but our camera does connect to our computer fine, but we need it to also be recognized by our photobox as well. Both products connect to the mac seperately, but we need them to connect to each other through the computer if that makes any sense.

If EOS Utility is running and your camera connects to EOS Utility and you can control camera via EOSU then any problems you have from that point on are with whatever third party software or product you have. It is not a Canon related issue.
If the version of EOSU isn’t controlling your camera install the version I recommended.

As Rick said, there are no Canon drivers for Canon cameras; they don't require them. If the "driver" you are referring to is EOS Utility you can download it from the Canon Ventura download site. In Sonoma you will need to specifically authorize the connection to the USB port for the camera in the Security section of System Settings.
