DPP4 Missing Subfolder (Just One)

PeteMc

Early this morning I used DPP4 (v4.21.10.0) and all of my folders were there.  Now when I open DPP4, one single subfolder is missing, but the folder is still there when I go directly to it through Windows (11).

I've tried renaming and deleting and recreating the folder, but this one folder does not appear in DPP4.  Also, the second time I opened DPP4 it opened to the Desktop folder, not the Last Used folder like it normally does.  I'm assuming this is because it does not think the folder exists.

Has anyone run across this and is there an easy fix?  And if it is a BUG, I'm not finding where in Support I can report this.  Anyone have a link or email address that would get right to the appropriate people?

Thx

UPDATE: After poking around a bit I Reset the View back to the defaults and I can see all the Folders & Subfolders now.

And I thought you could Edit your own post here... but I don't see the option anywhere.

The 'Edit' option is only available for a very short period of time then it disappears.

I use Lightroom 90% of the time so I am not a DPP4 expert but I find it is best to do all your file editing like moving, deleting or copying, etc., inside of DPP4. Although you can do it in File Manager in WIndows it is best to let DPP4 do it so it knows what you did.

In Lightroom it is mandatory.
