Hello all. Im new to the community and have a quick question about tool palette. Settings seems to be disabled when editing JPG pics. How do I disable these settings to adjust brightness and other tools?

Welcome to the forum. 

JPEG editing uses a limited tool set. 

Check the PDF manual to see what tools work with JPEG.
