I have checked posts on how to see if your mac is recognizing your camera and I see that it does, according to this:
"On the Mac, launch "System Profiler" (it's in your "Utilities" folder.) Make sure the camera is connected via the USB cable and powered on before launching "System Profiler" because it only scans for connected devices when it starts (if you connect the camera after launching it then it will not appear in the list). "
My camera does appear as recognized by the USB hub and I also see it in Image Capture.
My problem is that it is not recognized by any software that I should be able to use it for (Quicktime, Riverside, Zoom, etc). It Does not show up on the list of available cameras. Can someone help me fix this?
I have a Macbook Air with macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261) and my Canon is an EOS Rebel T5.
Thank you for your help.
