When I load canon connect on to my samsung tablet it doesn't completely load and I am unable to connect wireless. Much of the connect page is not working. I've re loaded canon connect several times with no success.

Bob9001,
Another option might be to use a different app.
I personally use the Camera Connect and Control app that I got off the Google Play Store.
It's a paid app, not free, but I've used it successfully on two different Samsung tablets, the A7 and now on my S9FE.
The app sits on your Google account, so you can use it on multiple devices.
My tablets do not have a SIM card, so when I go to make the initial connection, I tell the app to connect to a computer, not a phone. I haven't had any problems at all.
You can use it wired or wirelessly.

Greetings,
Welcome to the community.
Samsung device, Android 13. Are you using a VPN client on your device?
Lets get some additional information.
"It doesn't completely load". What does this mean exactly? You visit Google Play, you tap on the Canon Connect app. You click install, and what happens? Does it install and add itself as an icon on your desktop?
If yes, what happens when you tap to open it. Please be specific. App opens but nothing displays. Error message displays (what is the error). Do you see a Canon user agreement?
If not, open Android settings, check for special app settings or restrictions. Ensure 3rd party apps are allowed to install and run.
Helpful if you can update the thread with this info.
