I have been using Digital Photo Professional 4 v.4.17 with Dropbox and has been working fine. With the most current Dropbox update, I can no longer find my Dropbox folders from DPP. Would appreciate any help with this.

Greetings,
Which OS you are using? Version and build.
Do your DropBox folders appear correctly in Finder (Mac) or Windows Explorer (Windows)
If yes, have you tried to reset the view settings to defaults in DPP preferences.

Greetings,
Quit DPP. Quit DB. Uninstall DB. Restart (important). Reinstall the latest DB installer. Check DPP for presence of DB folders. DPP reads folder hierarchy from finder. I probably have an older Ventura compatible .dmg installer if needed.
