Hello! I have a Canon EOS 4000D, I also downloaded the Canon Connect app to download my photos and videos.
Downloading the photos works perfectly with no issues, however when I try to download a video it won't let me, It pops up a yellow exclamation mark that says " This movie format is not supported " can anyone help me, or give me some information so I am able to download my videos to my phone ? Thank you!

The 4000D saves video as MOV files (myvideo.mov), so your phone may not support them. If you are using Android, I don't think it's supported and you may have to convert them to another format, like mp4, on a PC.
