Canon 77D - Firmware Update?

Hi friends, Is there an update for the Canon 77D, regarding the use of Live View and Speedlight, it does not synchronize.

EOS 77D in Live View will synchronise with Canon Speedlites. The issue is that when you use say a simple studio flash trigger the camera doesn't switch from one shutter mode to another, which it does with a Canon Speedlite. Unfortunately the menu option Silent LV shoot that other models like EOS 80D have is missing from the EOS 77D.

I'm not Canon, so that's a request for them. However in my view Canon are not likely to make a firmware update to change a feature that's been in the camera since its introduction in 2017.
