5D mark IV firmware not showing up on site

I received an email from canon saying that my 5D mark IV firmware needed to be updated to1.4.0 

My cameras firmware is currently 1.3.3

When I go to download the firmware on my mac OS sonoma via the canon website it says that there are no firmware updates to be found. Any help figuring this out is greatly appreciated! Thank you

FW is agnostic,  Just select an earlier version of mac OS until you see the FW you want.  v1.4.0 is listed under Ventura press +Load More
