Hi,
I accidentally purchased a CF EXPRESS Type B card for my 5D mark IV. Is there any sort of adapter which i can use to use the CF EXPRESS TYPE B card in my Canon 5D Mark IV.

I have a feeling you're well out of luck there. CFExpress cards are a different shape, size, and use a completely different bus -- PCIe as opposed to parallel ATA.
I don't think it would even be physically possible to make an adapter which fits inside the camera and takes a CFExpress B card, unless it was completely sticking out of the camera.
This is the big difference between CF and SD -- SD has kept compatibility over many generations at the cost of performance; whereas CF sacrifices compatibility to get the latest, fastest bus (PCIe now).

Greetings,
None. Not an option. If unopened you can likely return.
