Remote shutter release for PowerShot ELPH 330 HS

Does the Cannon powershot elph 330 hs have a remote shutter release? My son wants to make still videos and needs a remote shutter release but I can't figure out if this camera is capable of using

No mention of it in the manual. The only mentions of "remote" have to do with playing back on an HDMI TV.

There is only a 1-10 second self timer.
