zr100 playback is shaky and sound is distorted

play back on my zr100 is choppy and and sound is distorted...any options or remedy?

I'm sorry to hear about the choppy playback on your ZR100.

If this happens on the camcorder, I recommend cleaning the heads using the "DVM-CL Digital Video Head Cleaning Cassette" or its equivalent.
