Can't Playback Sound on a Vixia HF R82

I can't hear sound for my scenes in Playback mode.  I may have accidentally plugged headphones in the mic jack.  I've tried working with mic and set  it to Automatic or Manual, and the microphone levels still appear all the time and are working, regardless if anything is plugged in the mic port.   The camera thinks a mic or head phone is plugged in all the time.  I've also made certain that the headphones are set to AV. Any ideas?  Your help is appreciated!

Thank you for posting.

Since you're using headphones, please change the menu setting for the AV Out/ Headphone terminal to "Headphone".
If you're still unable to hear the playback, try increasing the volume, as described on page 64 of the VIXIA HF R82 Instruction Manual.
