Hi!
I have a new laptop (HP Spectre, Windows 10) that only has a MICRO SD slot.
My camcorder, Vixia HF R62, currently has an SD card. According to the manual, I can only use SD cards. (It doesn't say it explicitly but it implies / and my first attempt shows that a MICRO SD card and adapter does not work).
So, it seems my options are 1) to transfer using a cord from camcorder to usb. 2) get an sd / usb adapter and use that.
Right now, I'm doing option 1 and it seems EXTREMELY slow.
This is a new laptop so is pretty stripped of software right now. Is there specific Canon/driver software that would speed this up? (let's face it, if software would fix it, i wouldn't care about a potential second option, above).
Thanks, in advance!
Rolland

You download Transfer Utility LE from website and use USB cable for transfer of video
If you have HDMI cable try if this work in Transfer Utility LE
Other method is wifi transfer to your laptop computer.
