Hello Community,
After many weeks in knowing how to take the buzz out of my audio on my Vixia HF R800 camcorder, I now have a problem with only hearing audio on one side (left) both with speakers or with headphones. My set up is like this. My wireless is connected to a mixer using a TS cable. The mixer is sending it out via an XLR to TRS jack which then goes into my camcorder.
Two questions:
1. What am I doing wrong?
2. If I am sending into the camcorder via an TRS jack, even though it originates through a TS at the wireless, shouldn't I be able to hear through both speakers?
Thanks for your help.

Hi externalj,
Thanks for checking in with us.
It is possible that your wireless mic is producing a mono channel that your mixer is then sending to the left or right channel. Try doing tests where you output your microphone from the mixer to your computer or another device. Are you hearing just one channel there?
On the camera itself are you seeing two audio levels or just one? If it is just one, then it suggests that just one channel is coming into the camera.
