HG20 will not focus

I have a Vixia HG20 and it hung up after a download. Reseting the camera using the pinhole reset behind the battery allowed it to come back from the dead except it will not focus. It's fixed at about a foot away. Manual override does not work, any autofocus option does not work.  It zooms just fine. Suggestions?

Unfortunately, from your description, your VIXIA HG20 will require repair.
