Canon XF200 SDI out

Hi guys, i want to use my xf200 for av over fiber applications, i have this sdi fiber extender, so i just wonder is it possible to stream video at 1080p@60 ?

I think your question may be best answered by the manufacturer of the fiber converter, and any other "streaming" hardware that you might be utilitzing. The camera's job is done: capturing audio and video, digitizing it, and transmitting it out of a digital port.
