That doesn't work.  I have since discovered that when I print from the iphone, it prints perfectly.

I use standard 8-1/2x11 paper in the multi-purpose tray.  The other tray is and always has been empty. The problem has only recently appeared.

When I attempt to print, I get an error message to check the notifications. When I do so it says 'no paper'. When I hit the no paper, I get the LTR: Plain 1 greyed out but when I touch the A4: Plain 2 (which is not greyed out), it prints one page at ...
