Recently got the EOS 5D mark IV and are now trying to install the utility software on my iMac but it will not let me install EOS utility 2 or 3.All the other software has been installed without any problems.Any advise please?
When it didnt work with the CD I downloaded a version from the Canon site but I'll check again and see if it is the latest version like the one in your link.
