I've tried everything. Followed instructionns, turned it off, unplugged it... I'm out of ideas. It is stuck with paper jam error and there is no paper in it. The error message will not clear and I now cannot do anything else. Please help!
I tried the steps in the manual (they are the same as what the printer says to do). It did not work. Thank you anyways.If anyone has any other ideas, they would be much appreciated!
