I'm getting a wide orange-ish streak across photos I scan no matter where on the glass I put the photo. Any thoughts?

I ended up having the camera repaired. I found 2 places in California the would repair. They quoted $130 but the place I ended up shipping it to, charged about $200 as they added a few more things to the repair. Canon will not repair the T6 models...

I have this exact issue going on. what was the resolution for you? did you repair or decide to buy a new body?

It seems like I got an error one of the times but not I just get the pop up that says the MP software won't start and to try four things. The software and drivers were reinstalled from the Canon website. I am using Windows 10.
