Printer either does not print black or prints it faintly. Tried maintenance tool suggestions to no avail. Is it fixable? Is it worth getting serviced. Mark Luna
Is there a software fax manager that allows sending and receiving faxes w/o having to use the printer panel? I've used HP AIOs for years and I'm used to managing sending and receiving faxes via a software utility. Mark Luna
Tried something and it fixed the problem. I removed the black cartridge and reinserted it and the problem went away. I had to use the trick of moving the sprocket wheel. Mark Luna
