After a busy printing session using input from both a desktop and a laptop, the printer door remains open. I don't see any obstruction. It can't be forced closed either. Can anyone help me?
My Pixma mx 712 has recently developed a vertical line about 2 inches from the left side on the printed product from the ADF feed. i have cleaned the glass and it still occurs. Does anyone have any suggestions?
