I have updated the utility and my computer is still not recognizing the camera when it is plugged in via USB. When I go into System Information -- USB -- the camera is not there. How can I get the pictures onto my computer??
The setting is to open automatically, but there's no response when the camera is plugged in.What Applications folder? I'm not finding "Image Capture" anywhere.I'll try another cable but don't have one currently to try.
It's a MacBook Air. The camera worked on previous versions of OS X. The icon shows up in the top bar. It's a different cable, but one that has worked for other connections...
