Can't get printer online.  Have tried everything possible.  A method that worked with my Epson printer was to input the IP address into a "new Port".  How do I find the IP address for the MG5520 printer.  It is recognizing the access point.  Thanks.

My MG3600 prints crooked lines.  Have tried the method of holding the stop button until error button flashes 4 X, which starts the printing of an alignment page.  However, the alignment page continues to get stuck 1/3 of the way through. I then have ...

When printing the alignment page, it stops 1/3 of the way thru.  I have to "pull" the paper through and only end up with a partial printout.  I have also tried manual alignment with no luck.  Who can help?  Thank you.
