Pixma MG6620 has stopped working. The status screen does not estimate remaining ink:just says error printer not responding. Worked yesterday morning: not now. New ink all solid red, has paper, is on, WIFI light is on.
Trying to scan to computer. Get as far as Select PC and nothing happens. I know I have to scan to computer and then use as attachment in google. Need help
