Hi, I have an EOS T5i Rebel SLR and the screen is showing a "Q" with a box around it and when I press the buttons, the usual functions arent working? Can someone please help me reset it. Thank you!
No, nothing on the screen is working. I think it's frozen. I can seem to find a way to do a hard reset to the factory settings. I keep finding directions to reset through the settings menu but that's not working. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
