G4780 MEGA TANK ADF Not working

Recently purchased the printer and ADF function not working tried scan and copy but printer say no document in Tray even though I placed the paper correctly.

Thanks DerrickL, Canon Technician visited and fixed now working fine.

No debris in the paper path, I tired to clean the roller as well but no luck
