Pixma PRO - 200S Registration Error

Just unpacked it from B&H, and trying to register it. I am told that the Serial Number means it is from the gray market. From B&H it is not gray market. How to I get it registered?

Jay,Got it squared away late yesterday. There was some sort of glitch, but it got corrected, and I am now registered. Thanks for the help!!Jeff
