EOS R5 Magnify Button Stopped Working

The magnify button on my R5 has stopped working. I have reset both "Basic Settings" and "Other Settings" to no avail. The rear screen will enlarge using finger commands. Any suggestions short of sending it in for service?

FYI, I reassigned the Magnify function to the Dial Function button as a work around.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately none worked. So it looks like it's off to service.
