Brand new TR8620a will scan a document and send it to my PC, but in image format(aka unreadable data).I have Selected "Document" and "PDF Letter". Did I buy the wrong printer to scan documents?
Thank you for your response: I am not familiar with the IJ Scan Lite Utility.I just use the Menu on the printer and the scanned document appears on my HP desktop… as an image. 樂
