PIXMA TR4720 - it only prints 1/10th of the page

Hello,When I print from my Pixma TR4720 printer, it only prints a 1/10th of the page. It's a brand new cartridge, a recent download, plugged and unplugged.The test page printed 1/4 of the page, and my document, I can only print 1/10th of the page.
