For the first time, I get an error message to "Set PC to start scanning". Never got this error message before - first time having an issue to scan. I have an iMac 24". Need help.
Oh … yes, I believe there was an Apple MacOS update a couple of months ago. But I have no clue how to troubleshoot that since I only know how to navigate in the internet and MS 365. I guess I may have to call Canon Tech support for help. Thanks so...
