In the printer menus, go to Menu>Function Settings>Common>Paper Feed Settings>Drawer 1 (on)Also, Menu>Function Settings>Printer>Printer Settings>Prioritize MP Tray (off)
I didn't call anyone, I went to the support site & followed links for 20 minutes that kept leading me back to where I started. And in all that time, I obviously never saw a support phone number or I would have called it.
No, I have not. I can't reach Canon tech support. Our IT guy spent 30 minutes fidling with settings & firmware, and the problem still persists. I'm starting to think that the best solution is to just buy a non-canon printer.
