imageCLASS MF642Cdw Main Printing Paper Tray Not Being Detected

I have a color imageclass mf642cdw that apparently will not detect the main paper tray. Even when I select that #1 paper tray on the computer's printing interface, it still doesn't see it. It's full of paper and I have pulled it out and put it back in multiple times. Also, it shows as empty on the display.

As expected, on hold for almost 30 minutes at this point.

In the printer menus, go to Menu>Function Settings>Common>Paper Feed Settings>Drawer 1 (on)

Also, Menu>Function Settings>Printer>Printer Settings>Prioritize MP Tray (off)
