My Canon Image Prograf 1000 keeps telling me that either there is no paper in the top feed slot or there is a paper jam. I am printing on Red River Premium Matte 5.5x8.5 greeting card stock, 60#, 11 mil. The printer will pull one card part of the way...

I produce and print greeting cards of original artwork by local artists. I cannot get my Canon Pro 1000 to print on matte photo paper in custom sizes like A7 greeting card size (7"x10"). Why not?Thanks for any help!
