Hi,Our Pixma Pro 10 has been leaving an area of lines on photo prints for awhile. We have done the cleaning process a few times w/o solving the problem. The issue is on the left side middle. Attached is a 4x6 photo showing the area.Thank you,Jed
Hi, you have set us on the right track. Our options are very limited with 11 year old model, but found one that says "bottom plate cleaning" for smudges. Have done the process 4 times and am still getting smudges. I'll continue...Much appreciation!J...
