Can someone explain why there is a fax option on this model printer but wont setup. It will not accept the phone line.

Connecting the printer to lenovo Chromebook worked at 12:16 and at 2 something it wont respond to USB acknowledgement. Went to staples and purchased another cable and still no response. Contacted Lenovo to understand USB port, the wireless mouse stil...
