Canon Community

Every time I clean the scanner glass (with 99% isopropyl and microfiber towel) I get worse lines in my scans.  Is there something else that needs cleaning that could cause this?

Windows 10/11, Imageprograf TM-340 Lm36 plotter.  Just getting up and running and everything I print comes out in portrait mode.  If I select "landscape mode" on software or select "landscape mode" on plotter it still prints in portrait.  This is was...
